  10. To copy a part of a picture from one place to another,
  11. select COPY from the control panel.  While pressing the
  12.

  16. right mouse button, you can control the size of the area to be
  17. copied.  Move the rectangle representing the area while no mouse
  18. buttons are pressed. When satisfied, click the left mouse button.   
  19.     Momentarily, the picture within the rectangle will be moveable.
  20. While pressing no mouse buttons, drag the copy to the place where
  21. you want to 'set' it. Then click the left mouse button.             
  22.     For best control, make the rectangle as small as possible, since
  23. the copy will include the background as well as the pictured item.
  24. This background will overwrite whatever it is 'set' on.
